I’m Rebecca Buckman, a former journalist based in San Francisco now working as a marketing consultant. Previously I spent 10 years as a reporter and special writer with The Wall Street Journal in San Francisco, Hong Kong and New York; most recently I was a senior editor with Forbes in Silicon Valley. Before I got into business and international reporting, I covered school boards and the state legislature for the Indianapolis Star. Most recently I’ve tried to keep Silicon Valley’s venture capitalists and startup CEOs honest.
